(1) Insulation pads should be arranged in the battery maintenance channel.

(2) Batteries of different manufacturers, capacities, and models are prohibited from being used in the same system.

(3) The valve-controlled sealed lead-acid battery does not need to be charged before use, but it should be replenished. The supplementary charging voltage shall be carried out according to the technical specification of the product.

(4) Balanced charging of valve-controlled sealed lead-acid battery: under normal circumstances, valve-controlled sealed lead-acid battery group in one of the following circumstances, should be uniformly charged (with special technical requirements, subject to the technical specification of the product), charging current shall not be greater than 0.2C10.

① There are more than two floating charging pressure below 2.18V/only.

② Put aside for 3 months.

(3) Full float charge operation up to 6 months.

(4) Discharge depth of 20% of rated capacity.

⑤ For HVDC, the input overvoltage protection (282V) of the server should be considered when equalizing the charge.

(5) the charging amount of the battery is generally not less than 1.2 times the amount of electricity released. When the charging current remains continuous for 3 hours and no longer drops, it is regarded as the charging termination.

(6) The floating charging voltage of the battery is set in accordance with the requirements of the technical specification of the product, and pay attention to the temperature compensation. In general, the floating charging voltage ranges from 2.23 to 2.25V (25C, 2V mono). The floating charging voltage at a certain actual temperature is U = U0 (25℃) + (25-t) ×0.003 (t= ambient temperature).

(7) During floating charge, the difference of terminal voltage of the whole group of batteries should not be greater than 90mV (2V), 240mV (6V), 480mV (12V), and the internal resistance deviation should not be ** 15%.

(8) Battery capacity test and discharge test should be conducted regularly.

① Every year should do a check discharge test, release the rated capacity of 30% ~ 40%.

② It is recommended to do a capacity test every 3 years

(3) During battery discharge, the voltage and discharge current of the cell should be recorded at a certain interval.
