The temperature of sulfuric acid electrolyte of battery is high, the capacity output is more, the temperature of electrolyte is low, the capacity output is less. The reason for this situation is that, in addition to the decrease of temperature, the solubility of lead sulfate in the sulfuric acid electrolyte will also decrease when the temperature decreases, which will inevitably cause the saturation of lead ions around the plate, forcing the formation of dense lead sulfate crystals, which hinder the active substance and the sulfuric acid electrolyte full contact, so as to reduce the output of lead battery capacity.

Therefore, if the temperature of the electrolyte is too high when the battery is charged, the diffusion of the electrolyte will be accelerated, and the corrosion of the plate grid will be intensified, thus shortening the service life of the lead battery. In order to prolong the service life of the German battery, the data room must be well ventilated, heat dissipation, it is necessary to check the changes of the battery regularly, there is no crawling acid, leakage, bulge phenomenon.

Note:

Do not short circuit the positive and negative terminals of the battery. For example, short circuit may cause battery leakage and fire.

Do not use a sealed structure when loading batteries into the machine. Otherwise, the machine may be damaged or personal injury may be caused.

The temperature range of the battery is as follows. If the battery is used outside the temperature range, the battery performance, service life, damage, and deformation will be reduced. Discharge -15℃-50℃, charge 0℃-40℃, storage -15℃-40℃

Do not use insulated wire that contains plasticizer. In addition, please do not use banana water, gasoline, volatile oil, oil, grease and other organic solvent and cleaning agent. Such as the use of these substances to contact the battery shell, the use of pool shell crack or crack, resulting in battery leakage, fire and so on.

Used batteries should also be recycled. Do not throw them away. Please contact masking company or service company.

The battery contains dilute sulfuric acid. If the liquid from the battery touches your skin or clothes, rinse with plenty of water.

Do not break down, modify or destroy the battery.
